1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services provided by Temple-For-God, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include but are not limited to personal training, nutritional guidance, and online coaching. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
The information provided through our coaching is for educational and self-improvement purposes only. Temple-For-God is not a medical organization, and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All personal training sessions require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in a forfeited session. Refunds for coaching packages are handled on a case-by-case basis, generally limited to documented medical emergencies preventing further physical activity.
4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas, Paulding County, and the Greater Atlanta Area.
